I find great satisfaction engaging with others in a low-tech, beneficial way in the body, with the body – hence the name, m.bodiment.

My fascination with healing has lead me to extensive specialized training in massage for the fertility cycle from preconception through postpartum, nurturing touch for infants, pediatric massage, abdominal/pelvic health and energy healing. I have also worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, providing massage to children in Pediatric ICU and women in Obstetrics.

My focus on women's health has been greatly enhanced by my training in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, an effective blend of ancient Maya wisdom and modern science.

In 2014, I went to Vietnam with the pediatric massage volunteer organization Buds to Blossoms. In April 2017, I rejoined the team for three weeks in Kathmandu, Nepal, working with children in orphanages, children with HIV/AIDS, and disabled children, which only strengthened my conviction that all children benefit enormously from loving, therapeutic touch.
